• Access to SWANK Movie Streaming

  • Allen County Public Library (ACPL) provides SWANK licensing for the public performance of movies in the SWANK catalog. Patrons may host public viewings of SWANK-licensed films within any ACPL branch.

    In addition, ACPL is offering a streaming platform of SWANK movie titles. The list of streaming titles is updated monthly.

    To comply with our licensing agreement:

    • Patrons may only view and stream movies from the SWANK platform if the movie is a "public performance" with more than one person viewing the film.
    • Movies may only be shown inside ACPL library buildings.
    • Promotion for an event that will show a SWANK-licensed film must follow SWANK's advertising guidelines.

    Any individual or entity showing a movie rated 'R' is responsible for obtaining consent from the parent or guardian of each audience member who is younger than 18 years old.

  • Access the SWANK streaming platform by answering the following questions:

  • Do you agree to only stream SWANK streaming movies for audiences of two or more people inside an ACPL building?*
  • Do you agree to only stream movies rated G, PG, or PG-13 unless you have consent from the parent/guardian of each audience member under 18 years old?*
